Simon’s Cover Story is a 7-piece contemporary Pop/Funk/Disco covers group based in West London. Started in 2006, the band has gigged all over London and is available for any wedding/function/private event booking anywhere in the UK and beyond. The band have performed at high-level corporate events for companies such as Reeves and Whitney Development, numerous private events and functions and are also currently the house resident band at O’Neill’s in London’s Shepherds Bush.

Fronted by 3 excellent and beautiful girl vocalists, Lisa, Yula and Melissa truly know how to get the crowd going! Backed by a dynamic 4-piece band of two guitars, bass and drums, Simon’s Cover Story MAKE the party happen! They do a wide range of covers from artists such as Alicia Keys, Kylie Minogue, Jamiroquai, Pink, Corrine Bailey-Rae, Estelle, Girls Aloud, Amy Winehouse, Gnarls Barkley, Leona Lewis, Joss Stone, Chaka Kahn, Luther Vandross, Prince, Stevie Wonder, The Jackson 5 and lots more! The band has received plaudits for their unique, tight arrangements and strong live personality and musicianship, due in part to the extensive music school training and experience of all the members. In addition to Mel, Lisa and Yula, the live band is made of top-level, experienced and professional instrumentalists, Charlie Lewis, James Williamson, James Steel and Simon Brett, all of whom have Degree-level music tutelage and qualifications.
